How do I cancel a booking?:

We understand things change - often beyond our control. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel. Simply call us on +61 7 4099 5799 or email on bookings@portdouglasbikehire.com. Any costs would be based on the following:

• At least 48 hrs notice - Full refund or free re-book

• At least 24 hrs notice - 80% refund - or free re-book

• Less than 24 hrs notice - No refund - or 80% towards a re-book

• Early returns for multi-day bookings will incur a fee equal one day’s hire

• Border closures due to Covid lockdowns - Full refund with 8 hrs notice

What about privacy?:

During an online booking transaction, we do collect some personal information pertanent to your booking. Any financial inforamtion requested during the processing of your credit card is used for the transaction only and NOT stored on our systems.

We will not use your information for any purpose other than that related to your booking. Your information will NOT be sold or transferred to any other person or organisation.
